Forum reglament Forum on Business Forum of Uzbekistan website is designed to afford an opportunity for a wide range of the site users to discuss and to exchange opinions on problems of developing private sector in Uzbekistan. We invite all visitors of our website to take part in discussions but before we'd like to ask you to look at regulations framing the work of the forum. Regulations on forum work These regulations intend to ensure open discussion on various issues and to create environment for constructive dialogue within the forum. The regulations are the basic document determining the work of the forum. I. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1. Registration on the forum For registration a user should fill in the registration list containing the following items: * Full name * Date of birth * E-mail address * Profession By registering on the site and its other resources a user automatically registers on the forum. 2. Forum agenda * Forum agenda includes materials (sorted according to Expert Councils’ themes) on actual problems, which are related to current situation, challenges and development prospects of Uzbekistan’s private sector. * Priority issues: ICT development, FDI attraction, export promotion, improvement of living standards, public administration reforms, and rural development. 3. Forum language * English, Uzbek and Russian are main languages of the forum. Other languages are allowed when citing the original text, which translation is not possible by some reasons. * As the portal disposes of all required means for translation of transliteration into Cyrillic, messages sent to the forum in Russian but with the use of Latin alphabet are not allowed except cases of technical problems. 4. Moderation The forum acts on post-moderate principle, i.e. the presence of the certain message at the forum does not mean that it complies with the forum regulations. All participants have access to new messages until the Moderator decides, in conformity with above regulations, to apply one of the available administrative measures to violators. II. ZONE OF RESPONSIBILITY 1. Rights and obligations of moderator * Forum moderator has no rights to disclose - either in public or privately - information about participants. Accessible is only that personal information that a participant may choose to submit. * Moderator has rights to impose one of the following administrative penalties on the violators: o Warning; o Deleting of a participant's message; o Deleting of message branch; o Deleting of all messages of a participant; o Termination of participant's registration. * Forum moderator assumes no responsibility whatsoever for statements and announcements of forum participants but it will do its best in order to prevent any unlawful acts performed by participants. 2. Rights and obligations of participants Registered users have got the following rights: Registered users have got the following rights: * To receive notification by mail on all messages in section chosen or about answers to their messages; * To respond to e-mail messages without visiting the site; * To set automatic rote of their names (the forum, will "recognize" you at the entry and no name will be required at the publication of messages). Forum participants are not allowed: Forum participants are not allowed: * To show hostility or to be insulting to interlocutors, other participants or moderator; * To publish advertisement or other information irrelevant to issues to be discussed; the covert ads are forbidden either, for example, participation in discussion exclusively for the purpose of repeated reference to sites, services/trade mark or publications of other types of advertisement; * To mail the same or similar messages in several copies, on one or different issues; * To publish negative comments on activity, products or services provided by a certain organization/company without due reference to facts or information serving as the basis for such an opinion; * To mail personal correspondence of no interest to other forum participants; * To criticize in public Moderator's actions. All claims and recommendations to Moderator shall be sent by personal mail. It is strictly prohibited for forum participants to: * Send messages containing calls for social disasters or unlawful actions, to sow seeds of international strife; * Send messages insulting someone's religious preferences or national dignity; * Send political advertisements and propaganda; * Mail materials that may contain state or commercial secret. If you are not sure in open character of information cited you should refrain from citing; * Use of unprintable words, or their replacement by symbols @#$%& (or any other); * Insult your interlocutor in any form. III. FINAL PROVISIONS Forum administration sincerely hopes that these regulations will help to make discussion of forum participants constructive and benevolent, and thanks authors of messages for observance of established regulations on behavior on the forum.  I have read the rules of the forum and agree with its terms
