Implementation of new methods of customer service in business facilitation centers

Questions: On November 5-7, 2009 the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and UNDP project "Business Forum of Uzbekistan" jointly organize the training for staff of Business Facilitation Centers from selected regional offices. The training will be conducted in the premises of Dedeman Silk Road Hotel, Tashkent. Main goal of the training is to introduce modern methods of customer service and client relationships, negotiation tools and enhance other related skills and practical competencies of CCI staff required in providing services to small and private businesses. During this three-day training, employees of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and experts will hold sessions on marketing tools and business planning skills required in business advisory and consulting. Participants will get aquinted with new accounting software «UZTO» developed by CCI in collaboration with IT company «NetDec». The program includes trainings on customer service in such areas as accounting, legal support of clients and insurance services. This event is part of the initiatives to support the Chamber in creation of the Business Facilitation Centers in pilot regions. Organizers hope that the training will enhance the effeciency of the Business Facilitation Centers in the area of customer service and improve customer relationship.
