Aims and objectives: The aim of held meeting was in organizing discussions about existing problems in the sphere of obtaining various permissions for organizing and doing entrepreneurship activities, as well as in identifying the possible reasons of these problems and in developing the exact recommendation on resolving them.

Questions: ?here were considered such issues as obtaining permissions for parcellation, conducting building and assembly activities and connecting to communication and communal utilities.

Presentators: During the discussions the representatives of IFC and UNDP Project “Business Forum of Uzbekistan” made presentations on themes “RIA – as the contemporary mechanism of elaboration, adoption and execution controlling of legislative acts” and “Main permission procedures: problems and solutions”.

Partners: The event was organized by The State Committee of Republic of Uzbekistan on de-monopolization, support of competition and entrepreneurship, Chamber of commerce and industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, municipality of Andijan region, International Finance Corporation (IFC) and UNDP Project “Business Forum of Uzbekistan”.

Opinions and comments: Obtained results will be taken into account in the process of elaboration of legislative act projects on improving regulations of permissions procedures.
