Experts’ Councils meeting of Business Forum on sector-specific and small and private business developing on theme: «Creating favorable conditions for further development of services in rural areas of Andijan region»

Aims and objectives: The importance of consideration of issues related to development of services in rural areas of Andijan region is justified by necessity of creating new jobs and improving living standards of rural population, which will have positive affect on increasing of population’s access to high-quality services, development of small businesses and attraction of additional investments.

Questions: Within the framework of Experts’ Councils meeting issues related to mechanisms and procedures for establishment of service entities in rural areas, obtaining permission for construction and renovation of buildings, connection to necessary engineering and communication networks were discussed. Participants also considered issues related to availability of bank loans for the purposes of setting up businesses, construction and renovation of building, financing current operations of businesses engaged in providing various services in rural areas.
