Aims and objectives: O’zbekistonda investsion faoliyatni olib boorish, axborot berish va hizmat ko’rsatish xozirgi kundagi ahvolini tahlil qilish va tahlil natijalariga ko’ra investorlar uchun “yagona oyna” tizimiga asoslangan xizmat ko’rsatish tizimini yaratish bo’yicha takliflarni ishlab chiqish. Shuningdek, milliy qonunchilikda va xalqaro kelishuvlarda xozirda mavjud bo’lgan shubxali investitsion masalalarni xal qiluvchi mexanizmlarni ko’rib chiqish va natijada O’zbekiston qonunchiligida shubxali investitsion masalalarni xal qiluvchi mehanizmlarning tatbiq etilishini kuchaytiruvchi amaliy takliflarni ishlab chiqish.

Questions: During the event there were discussed following issues: The necessity of “single window” system in Uzbeksitan; - What are the problems in passing administrative procedures in current normative-legislative base; - Which mechanisms are being proposed for cooperation, on status and place of under-structural “single window” institute for effective realization of its objectives; - Which of the options of “single window” is the most acceptable for Uzbekistan?; - What responsibilities should be transferred to the “single window” institute and its stages; - How is going to be build process of interaction of the “single window” institute with other state organizations? How to avoid establishment of additional institute for investors?; - advantages and disadvantages of current legislation; - comparative analysis of legislative regime of investment activity in comparison with other countries; - occurrence of disputable situations, related with different interpretation, inexactitude of formulations, and also frequent changes of legislation; - lobbyist actions; Neccessity of providing hierarchy of legislation in consistency with Law “about normative-legislative acts”; - New-York convention and CIS convention about accepting and executing decisions of judges;
