Aims and objectives: On April 25, 2007 in the Center for economic research was conducted business forum on analytical note discussion “Banking and crediting: analysis of normative – legal acts, commercial banks regulating activities with the application of anticorruption expertise”. In the work of business forum participated: representatives of Central bank, stock – commercial banks of Uzbekistan and experts of Center for Economic research.
Questions: During the debate were discussed issues of normative legislative base in the sphere of banking and crediting, in particular prevention of origin and causes of corruption elements of present legislation.
