In frame of EC on: Improving fiscal policy, Economy development and welfare improvement

Aims and objectives: On April 25, 2007 in the conference hall of “Grand Orzu” hotel was conducted joint meeting of expert council business forum improving fiscal policy and , Economy development and welfare improvement, devoted to the theme “Legal aspects of creation and taxation of microcredit organization activity in Uzbekistan”.

Questions: On the business forum were discussed practical issues and microcredit organizations activity’s creation and licensing problems. Special attention was favored to overall consideration and discussion of projects standing, about the charge and discharge of the tax to microcredit organizations. Also, was offered practical recommendations on of microcredit organizations registration, about accounting system organization and about the order of application of the benefits of profit tax for microcredit organizations, including the projects standing perfection about microcredit organizations and its microcredit legislative base’s further development in Uzbekistan.

Partners: Chamber of commerce and industry of Republic of Uzbekistan, conjointly with UNDP projects “Government finance reform”, “Territories complex development” and Business Forum of Uzbekistan and representative office of international non governmental organization “North West doctors league”
