Aims and objectives: The goal of conducting this business forum was the introduction the results of the work done on the of the Customs code in new edition project preparation; legislation assessment in order of compliance international standards and agreements; identification, analyses and search for solutions on relevant problems of legislation issues: identification of further discussion order of Customs code main sections and broadening directions of conjoint dialog of government representatives and private sector with wide involvement in given process institutes of business support, members of research institutes and international organizations.

Questions: Open discussions and exchange of views occurred during business forum proved that by the working group was done scaled work on new custom legislation development, which provided it with conjugacy, as with international norms so with tasks on national legislation of maximum direct action formation. Regarding number of issues, such as issue of customs regime application, ensuring proper classification on goods, clear criteria’s of goods custom value identification, terms and order of customs clearance and avowal, post custom legitimate control and others, consultations continue as on the level of experts so on the private sector representatives.
