Aims and objectives of EC: Revealing problems of Uzbekistan’s private sector participation in providing social and infrastructure services and elaboration of proposals on development of public-private sector partnership, including on changes of legislation that regulates issues of private sector participations in such fields as housing-communal services, healthcare, education, construction, transport, communication and communications.

Expected results: As a result of business forums and seminars it is being expected an active participation of Expert Council representatives in elaboration of Analytical report “Public-private partnership in Uzbekistan: strengthening the role of private sector in providing the services of common use” and development of proposals for the government in the field of developing sector of services and preparation of materials for private sector in order to accelerate their participation in realization of projects in the field of social and infrastructure services.
